We deliver worldwide except to P.O. Boxes and Hotels.

Everyone of my organic skincare treats are lovingly handmade to order in micro batches for maximum freshness and efficacy. These treats are special because we add love in each bottle and jar we produce in our blending studio. Packages typically ship from London within 1-2 days of us receiving your order. Please allow another 3-5 business days to your destination. International delivery from London may take an additional 8 working days. Any additional custom delays are unfortunately out of our control.

Next day (weekdays only and must be placed by 12 Noon) - £4.50

Skin Alchemists Ltd is not responsible for any delays incurred due to local or international customs issues, nor any additional duties of taxes your country may require.We recommend familiarising yourself with your local import policies prior to ordering.

No returns or refunds will be issued due to customs delays, holds or duty fees beyond our control


If an error has occurred when placing your order, please email our Customer Care team at to amend or correct the order. If the order has already been dispatched, you will be liable for the cost of delivery and return delivery. Please view our refund policy for further details.

damaged shipments

Everycare is taken when packing orders to minimise any damage during shipping. When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It is normal for the outer package to show some wear and tear; however, if there is damage to the item(s) in your shipment, please notify our alchemists in the care team within seven days who will endeavour to take care of you. Please include your order number in the email, and retain the shipping box, packaging materials and damaged items. No returns/refunds will be granted following the seven days after delivery. We also ask that you contact the carrier to file a complaint regarding the damaged package

We operate with very strict hygiene policies at Skin Alchemists, particularly in wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. In line our policies any returned items used or unused would have to be detroyed. We feel that encouraging a returns culture would be wasteful and against our commitment to operating a sustainable business. Therefore in accordance with our ethos and due to the artisan craftsmanship and the intimate nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges or returns for the reasons of general dissatisfaction, and/or un used products. This does not affect your general statutory rights.

Our wish is for you to love every element of your Skin Alchemists Apothecary experience and therefore to ensure that you are totally enamored with your selection, we ask that you connect with us prior to ordering to discuss your skin’s needs and beauty ritual. 

Additionally Lovebite sample sizes are available on almost all our products. They offer a few days use to allow you time to the suitability and efficacy of our products for your skin. We have also added discovery sizes to many of our most popular items.

Our Alchemists welcome the opportunity to work alongside you and explore how we can facilitate a match between your unique needs and the product you desire as these treats are truly a labour of love and we do not wish for it to gather dust on your shelf, or disappointment in your heart. We also happily include up to two samples of our products with every order at your request. 

Please note that in event a refund is facillitated as a gesture of good will,  we do not refund shipping charges or customs duties.
